Aged to perfection in French and American oak barrels for 24+ months prior to release, our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with cassis and vanilla overtones. A unique, unobtrusive, Port-like finish provides the wine with character to stand up to red meat and heavy sauced pasta dishes.
