Carefully selected, blended and barrel aged for 18 months this Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon is loaded with dark fruit, ripe berry flavors, hints of rosemary, vanilla, spice, cigar box, and toasty oak nuances. Its bold structure is balanced throughout with refined drying tannins that are backed by well-integrated oak, pure complexity, and a lengthy finish. Pairs well with marbled meats, lamb, beef roast, and duck.
