- The 2007 Bismark Cabernet has a saturated purple color with aromas of blackberry, licorice, tobacco, sage, and espresso. In the mouth the wines entry is juicy, with a concord like freshness and flavors of plum, berry cobbler, nutmeg, and olive tapenade. The wine finishes with a polish of grape tannin. 1,486 cases produced.
