Like all Pinot Noir grapes, the fruit from our Stonewall Vineyard responds best to careful, small-batch handling. To preserve the delicate fruit and silky texture of this Pinot Noir, we gently fermented it in open-top fermentors, then had all of the wine undergo a secondary malolactic fermentation. Once fermentation was complete, we aged all of the wine for 14 months in small oak barrels, 30% which were new French oak.

Like its hallmark ruby color, this voluptuous artisan wine is truly a gem, delivering a taste of California’s prized Stonewall Vineyard.
