Soft and velvety on the palate, the core of dark fruit is enhanced with hints of cigar box, clove, and baking spices. While it is immediately expressive right out of the shoot, this Cab would certainly benefit from 30 minutes of decanting or a few years in the cellar. Enjoy over the next 5 years.
