Gypsy combines approachability with complexity and results in a wine that is meant to be consumed while young. This creates a light, fresh wine that can be enjoyed the day you bring it home.

Dark ruby in color. On the nose there are inviting aromas of black cherry, raspberry compote, blueberry, underbrush, cedar, baking spices, vanilla and strawberry. Black currant, black cherry, red plum, nutmeg and milk chocolate are the bright flavors found on the palate. The result is a medium-bodied blend that surprises you with a nice, long persistent finish.

Lighter, approachable and ready to drink now, our 2012 Gypsy will pair beautifully with blackened salmon, ribs, burgers and pork chops.
