The nose is bright, with floral notes, full of cherry and red fruit, with some herbal and earthiness much like wild mushrooms. The mouthfeel is silky, full and beautifully balanced with an enduring finish.

The good thing about Pinot Noir is that it goes well with almost anything. However, this particular wine will pair exceptionally with goat cheese or grilled pork loin.
