Cavalleri’s non-vintage Franciacorta Brut is made with 100% Chardonnay (hence the designation Blanc de Blancs) sourced from estate-owned, organically farmed vineyards and aged for at least 2 years on its lees. Straw yellow with golden tints, fine and persistent effervescence.The bouquet offers notes of baking spice and crushed cinnamon sticks. Its aromas recall almond pastry and creme caramel.

The wine possesses great elegance and finesse, with considerable cellaring potential. Cavalleri Brut isn’t completely dry, therefore it is very versatile at the table: it will work nicely as an aperitif or with a variety of dishes ranging from light risotto to delicately stewed chicken or pork.
