The grapes in this wine come from a friend’s 32-year old Merlot vineyard in Napa. The climate of this vineyard is very similar to the Bordeaux region of France.

Our wine has aromas of fully ripened red berry tones intermingled with an appealing ray of lightly toasted oak, slight spice and vanilla. The palate has a full bodied, modest attack from front to finish with a well-rounded texture on the midpalate and a long, soft finale that expresses a hint of tannin.
