This floral odyssey yields aromas of honeysuckle and sweet tea, peach and anise, while tastes of yellow grapefruit arise into a creamy mid-palate of lime zest and white pepper spice.
Our Gewürztraminer was whole cluster pressed, then fermented to dryness. The wine was aged sur lees in 100% stainless steel to preserve the fruit character and crisp acidity of the wine.

Our Gewürztraminer hails from the small, family-owned Stipp Lane Vineyard, which owner Mike Boer has put much time and care into farming.
His property is nestled on an alluvial fan between Ukiah and Boonville in Mendocino County. The unique geography results in a wide temperature variance, enabling growers to maintain an optimal acid and sugar balance throughout the long California summer.
