Vineyard Notes

The fruit for this Special Reserve Cabernet was hand selected from Maroon Vineyard in the Coombsville District of Napa Valley. Within our vineyard, there are unique combinations of soil type, climate and vine vigor, so cluster maturity and quality can vary. We wanted to make a wine from the “best of the best” fruit, so we selectively harvested only the finest quality grapes for this wine. We also used very special 100% new French Oak which further enhanced this delicious wine.
