After a strict selection, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes are laid on small trays and dried in order to increase the sugar concentration. Scents of vanilla, tobacco and spices, imparted by the wood ageing and a delicate earthy fragrance. Fruity, smooth and refined.

Traditionally paired with game dishes, braised meat, stew and long seasoned cheeses.

We suggest to open it at least one hour before serving. Serve in balloon glass at 16°C.
