Dark berry flavors of cherry, plum and blackberry, coupled with Asian spice, and dark chocolate notes, round out the palate of this wine. The firm tannins linger easily with the fruit and chocolate notes.

Food Pairing

This balanced zinfandel will pair well with a variety of dishes such as Indian-spiced short ribs, meatball & provolone subs, dry rubbed tacos with tomatillo avocado slaw, or spicy baby back ribs. This wine is also excellent on its own.
