Aromas of pure red and dark cherries, raspberries, white pepper and spices. Vibrant, silky, mineral and expansive on the palate. Showcases excellent cut and finesse.

Winemaking Notes

The hand harvested grapes were de-stemmed, manually sorted and transferred to stainless steel tanks for a 5 day cold soak and a soft ferment over three weeks. Aged on its lees in neutral French oak barrels for 9 months before bottling.
