Tasting Notes: This wine is pure, precise and wonderfully refined with notes of vibrant citrus, pear and red peach flavors, spicy, toasted oak while maintaining a bright acidity

Production Notes: Croze winemaker Daniel Benton chose to slowly barrel ferment the grapes at cool temperatures to protect the excellent aromatics and fantastic acidity. The 2017 Croze Chardonnay is a stunner of a wine! No Malolactic Fermintation

Winemaker Notes: If you love an aged white Burgundy, this wine has the same capacity for aging. Set one aside for a “rainy day” sometime in your future.

Food Pairing: Creamy cheeses, white sauce pastas & grilled halibut.

Production: The vineyard has approximately 10 acres of Chardonnay vines which produce 20-25 tons of fruit each year. Our allocation is a tiny part of this.
