DESCRIPTION

This 2017 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in two thirds stainless steel tanks and one third in neutral oak barrels for six months. While the nose suggests somewhat grassy aromas, it’s really more in the fragrant lemon grass realm than anything. Along with faint scents of apricot, the palate reveals more prominent stone fruit flavors as in white peach and nectarine, as well as a bit of grapefruit citrus. The finish is dry and crisp with nice balancing acidity and a touch of honey. 480 cases were made.
