Velvety and soft with great fruit. It’s the best of Spring Mountain fruit and Atlas Peak fruit. This wine went through most of the fermentation cold as by the time I finally figured out the lines were clogged, from the earthquake, the 3-day cold soak turned into a 8 day…The extraction of the fruit flavors is phenomenal!! The wine displays bright red color and enticing aromas of blackberries and red cherries, with a hint of spice and cassis. The mouthfeel is velvety and round with a long finish.
