VINIFICATION Produced in Côtes de Provence, from the interior Valley of Provence and Sainte Victoire Terroir where the sunshine is plentiful and frequent dry, cool mistral winds blow in from the north. The vineyard soils are primarily clay, limestone pebbles and sand, and the hillsides are covered with wild lavender, rosemary and thyme.

COLOR Pale rose, peach color

NOSE Elegant nose with delicate red currant and hints of pepper as well as sweet citrus

PALATE On the palate, it reveals a touch of strawberry, tangerine and peach in a dry, classic style
