The diversity of Chile’s terroirs is expressed in this series of wines. The wines come from eight exceptional vineyards, planted in alluvial soils (gravel), and located in a Mediterranean climate, that is moderated by the influence of the Pacific Ocean.

Grapes were manually harvested during the first week of April 2016, then they were 100% destemmed. A wild ferment in stainless steel was followed by 5 days post-fermentative maceration. The malolactic fermentation was completed in the tank. The wine was then matured in 2,500 L foudres for 24 months.

The wine reveals fresh aromas of black currants, violets, and complex notes of tobacco leaf, cedar and graphite. Medium-bodied with abundant notes of fresh fruit, balanced by elegant, fine tannins, vibrant acidity and moderate alcohol. It has depth and weight, along with a long and persistent finish. Easy to drink now, but will develop greater complexity over the next 15-20 years.
