In order to distinguish themselves from the classic range, the wines in the Mouton Cadet Réserve range are more powerful, with refined oak to give them even greater finesse and elegance. As the top range, instead of paper labels they carry highly refined screen-printing directly on the bottle.

The nose opens on aromas of white fruit (vine peach) and white blossom (acacia), going on to develop a hint of mild spice with airing. From a voluptuous and fruit-driven attack on attractive peach and citrus flavours, the mid-palate reveals a floral aspect with white blossom notes, while the highly expressive finish displays the unique minerality characteristic of the Graves terroir. Pair with seafood, grilled fish, asparagus.

St-Émilion: Merlot: 85% - Red fruit flavors, Cabernet Franc: 14% - Refinement and elegance, Cabernet Sauvignon: 1% - Structure, power and black fruit notes An intense crimson. The nose is smooth and fruity, on notes of blackberry, bilberry and cherry, with a hint of roasted coffee beans and mild spice such as saffron. From a rounded attack on attractive red and black fruit flavours, the mid-palate offers supple and elegant tannins, making way on the finish for the spice notes typical of fully ripe Merlot. A perfect match for braised beef, grilled lamb or tournedos Rossini.
