Planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Each varietal fermented separately in open-top fermenters and barreled separately for a short period of time. Following malolactic fermentation, the winemaking team samples trial blends to make the decision on the final assemblage. Subsequently, the finished wine spent 19 months in small French oak barrels.
