Davide Rivetti makes wine for his family estate Massimo Rivetti with exposure to their 25 hectares of vines that range 35-75 years old, with limited yields. For this wine and his importer partner Passionné de Vin, Davide picked a unique microsite in Serraboella that normally goes into the Massimo Rivetti Froi bottling. Made in the traditional Barbaresco style, with aging in large Slavonian oak barrels, it’s a modern classic in the making.
