Wine Spies will not sell any wine or related product to anyone under the age of 21. If you order from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years old.

Wine Spies value you as a customer and, to that end, you have the option to opt-in and out of any email, SMS or postal communication. If you opt-out of receiving outside communications, your email address plus other information will only be used by us for our sales, shipping, and email notices. Furthermore, Wine Spies will never sell or give away your personal information to anyone. If you opt-in to receive correspondence from our partners and affiliates, please note that we carefully screen our affiliates and limit correspondence to information we feel you will enjoy. Our site uses the most advanced security technology available to assure you that when you enter your credit card information here, it is encrypted to prevent it from being intercepted and used by someone else. Unfortunately, Wine Spies cannot guarantee the availability of all items in the store. It is possible that we may run out of an item. In that unlikely event, we will contact you via email and your credit card will not be charged. In the event your credit card is charged and we do not have product to deliver, we will refund your purchase price. When you place an order, we will get an authorization for your credit card but we do not charge the amount to your card until we are sure we have or can get what you ordered.


Wine Spies offer all of our wine products at wonderfully discounted prices. Our prices marked “sale” have our deepest discounts already built in. Prices are subject to change without notice (sometimes we get new stock at a new price, but this seldom happens). The “avg. price” presented on our home page represents the national average selling price for the wines that we sell before our discounts are applied.


Because Wine Spies offers all of our products at deep discounted outlet prices and because we only offer our product on a limited basis, we do not accept returns. The only exceptions are if we send you the wrong wine or the shipment becomes damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us using our contact form.

All sales are final – Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase to guarantee your allocation of the wine ordered.
