Winemaker Robert Hunt unpacks his years of experience and talent into this wine. He’s no stranger to big gun Cabs, having made them at Clos Pegase Pine Ridge, Colgin, and Ovid to name a few. Smoky, intense and explosively rich on the nose with cassis, blueberry, and pine needles. Bursting dark chocolatey tannins with bold, ripe cherries, fresh baked pie crust, licorice, and scorched earth extend through a long, round, rich mouthfeel. This is a statement wine, designed to impress right now but also capable of aging for many, many years.

Our advice? Bring this bad boy to any dinner party and folks will know for sure you’re a dead serious, wicked smart wine connoisseur. While they’re tasting it you can regale them with tales about how it earned a pair of 94 point scores, and casually mention the $125 price tag (nobody needs to know what you actually paid).
