It comes to us from Jed Steele. He’s been making wine since 1968 when he kicked things off at Stony Hill Vineyard in Napa, crafting some of the most age-worthy whites in the history of California. Jed Steele MADE history as a pioneering Rhône Ranger to play with these grapes back in the day, no wonder he knows what it takes to get Viognier right, fickle as it may be.

Of course, it helps when you are a doppelganger as the head winemaker for Kendall-Jackson with access to some of the best fruit in the region.
