Delight: To delight, or to give pleasure or satisfaction to
Anyone who’s tasted any of Hook & Ladder’s wines will agree. Pure delight. Insane value. Just all around, off-the-hook quality to price. No wonder they are a longstanding customer favorite, year after year.
And $19 for this stuff?! Fuhgeddaboudit. Throw a few in your Locker and thank us later.

Some savvy wine lovers will recognize the De Loach name. They sold their winery years ago. But they still had 148 acres of land and couldn’t shake that winemaking itch. So, they started a label named after the fire station where Cecil De Loach spent 17 years stationed in San Francisco.
For $19?? This hits like that 45-minute mark of your first LSD dose, sending you reeling into a crazy pleasurable realm of previously unexplored, unimaginable value. Diving into layers of mom’s blackberry pie, or a jar of that mixed berry jam from Bonne Maman. Full-bodied, rich and fruity, with structure, and a nice, pronounced, but well-integrated mix of sweet oak. Pair it with spaghetti, bagel bites, spreadable cheese, or a fat Delmonico steak. You’ll win in any of those situations.
We mentioned $19? C’mon! Doesn’t 👏 get 👏 any 👏 better 👏 !!
Agent Chenin, our resident fortune-teller (sometimes called “stock manager”) predicts we’ll sell out.
She’s right.
