Starting with a rich, invitingly sweet, and spicy nose that remains gently fragrant on the palate but with a firm, muscular structure, and beautifully finessed, fine-textured tannins, with subtle, integrated notes of berry custard cream, and Tahitian vanilla. There is a firmness and muscularity to it, while it caresses your senses on the way to the long finish. A great combination of purity, focus, and persistence: chef’s kiss!

The Cà Romé 2018 Barolo Cerretta is a robust, full-bodied wine with dark cherry, plum, earth, black licorice and campfire ash.
