Deerfield hasn’t just been working on mass, but also perfected their form. This single-vineyard Cabernet boasts silky smooth tannins complemented by bright acidity. That’s a perfect compliment to the ample serving of perfectly ripe mountain fruit flavors with notes of plum, dark cherry, and Earl grey tea. Robert knows a thing or two about how to make wines from these kinds of vines since Wolf Run sits on the same hill that Deerfield itself is located on.
