Smell: | Extraordinarily fresh and classic Loire Valley, with bright aromas of honeydew melon, pomello, sweet orange, subtle freshly crushed lemon thyme. |
Taste: | Ultra soft on entry, this wine glides across the palate, delivering flavors of grapefruit, subtle lemon peel, slate and lemon flower along the way. |
Finish: | Flavors really increase after the wine is swallowed. They persist for a long time before slowly tailing off. |
