Today’s wine should not be missed, dear Operative. If you adore incredible Shiraz as much as we do, you won’t be disappointed with today’s selection from fabled South Australia producer Chapel Hill Wines.

This wine is a big, bold, delicious bruiser of a wine, especially on opening. As it breathes, it softens, revealing additional layers of flavor and softer, more fruit-laden aromatics.

We are absolutely crazy about this deep and sexy wine and we offer it to you with our very enthusiastic recommendation.
