Mission Codename Palazzo Cristalino
You may know Jaume Serra’s budget-minded Cristalino Cava, but did you know that they have a distinctly better upmarket vintage bubbly? They do, dear Operative, and we are thrilled to be able to offer it to you - at a price that makes this wine a screaming deal.
This delightfully bubbly Cava is 2009 vintage, which means that it underwent extended aging before being released to the general public. Today’s Jaume Serra Cristalino 2009 Brut Nature Vintage was produced by Spain’s leading producer of fine Cava. They are best known for their lower-priced Cava offerings but, in our opinion, it is their vintage Cava that really delivers.
This wine is light and refreshing, but it possesses more character and complexity than any Cava we’ve showcased. This Spanish sparkler is moderately effervescent, with its tiny bubbles giving the wine a very elegant feel on the palate.
Be sure to stock up for the holidays - and take advantage of our personalized gifting program to give the gift of bubbles.
