Authenticated target, Champagne Janisson Baradon Brut
Under Identity Protocol Delta, subject popped and revealed surprising freshness with qualities of green apple, subtle lemon and sweet-tarts. Light gold in color subject exhibited small bubbles that lasted throughout entire interrogation. Flavors held up surprisingly long, but felt clean and wet throughout, not dry.
This is a great Champagne, folks. Agent Sparkle, who is usually partial to more dry champagnes, thinks that this is the kind of champagne that could be sipped all day… OR all night. Get the picture?
If you like refreshingly smooth and fresh champagne, this is one to try.
For those that do not know, if its a sparkling wine from anywhere but the Champagne region of France, its not Champagne.
Wine Spies Technical Specifications 50% Pinot Noir 40% Chardonnay 10% Pinot Meunier
