Zin Lovers - We’ve got a treat for you today!
Today’s gem, coming to us from Keating Wines, hails from the Dry Creek Valley. We firmly believe this AVA to be the best growing region for Zin in the world, and the fantastic fruit from the Buchignani Vineyard shines through in every sip of today’s wine.
Full of baked red fruit and toasted dark spice, today’s wine is a fantastic match for any grilled meats. We paired ours with a pork tenderloin and loved every minute of our meal. What will you pair with yours?
Dark scarlet in the heart of the glass encircled by ruby red.
Heady and aromatic, with baked dark cherry and sweet plum laid overtop fresh berry bramble, tobacco leaf, black peppercorn, clove, and a touch of sage.
Robust flavors of bright red cherry and blackberry mingle with cherry tobacco leaf and touches of coffee bean, briar patch, kola nut, rose petal, and pomegranate herbal tea.
The smooth and lasting finish is packed with layers of sweet terroir and dark spice, with a touch of sweet cherry at the finale.
Marinated pork tenderloin, grilled perfectly and finished with a tangy BBQ sauce.
