A deep, dark ruby red, with just a touch of slight haze.
Delightfully aromatic hints of dark raspberry and black cherry are framed against lovely notes of dark baking spices, namely clove and black peppercorn, followed by touches of vanilla bean and dried fallen leaves.
A very well balanced and lush flavor profile, with dark red fruit notes of braised black cherry, mulberry, and black raspberry laid overtop sweet tobacco leaf, black peppercorn, vanilla, and toasty baking spices.
Silken upon entry, today’s wine has a fantastic blend of structure and acidity in the finish, with a clear note of cranberry left behind on the tip of your tongue as the finish slowly fades.
Homemade lamb burgers, spiced with coriander, cumin, and cinnamon, and served inside freshly toasted pita bread.
