Mission Codename Not your average Chard
Today’s Kendall-Jackson Vineyard Estates 2012 Estate Chardonnay is, flat out, one of the best white wines we’ve tasted in quite some time.
Robert Parker awarded today’s wine 92 Points and claimed today’s wine is “…a Chardonnay that could easily sell at twice the price.” We couldn’t agree more! After spending 8 months in 50% new French oak, today’s wine is very Burgundian in nature, with a very well rounded flavor profile and elegant mouthfeel. Exotic fruit, creamy vanilla, and toasted hazelnuts come together to form one luxurious white wine.
We LOVED today’s wine, and firmly believe you will too. Cheers!
