Utilizing 100% Organic farming practices, they create wines that beautifully highlight their vineyard’s terroir. Today’s wine fits this ideal perfectly, with flavors and acidity that scream “Russian River.”

Please enjoy our fullest recommendation on today’s delightful, 91 Point Pinot.

Tasting Profile

Dark garnet in color, showing tremendous depth through the core of the glass.

Classically elegant Pinot aromas waft from the glass after an encouraging swirl or two. Dark cherry and blackberry mingle with cedar wood cigar box, dried fallen leaves, soft summer earth, and freshly ground peppercorn spice.

Fresh and bright, with just a touch of seriousness, today’s wine is well balanced between nice fruity flavors of raspberry and black cherry, and more earth driven elements of sweet tobacco leaf, cedar wood shavings, pomegranate herbal black tea, dark baking spices, and black peppercorn.

A lengthy finish that’s highlighted by pleasant acidity and extra fine tannins. At the very end, a touch of pomegranate herbal tea lingers on the tip of the tongue.

Grilled salmon, served with a sweet chili glaze and sugar snap peas.
