Mission Briefing
Tiny Bubbles
Just released: Roederer Estate’s brilliant, top scoring 2006 L’Ermitage is reason to celebrate. Widely considered California’s top luxury bubbly, it’s made only in years where quality is near perfect. Nearly perfect indeed, with ratings in Wine Enthusiast of 97pts & Wine Spectator 93pts - it’s the top scoring sparkling wine in America right now. One would expect to pay $100-$200 a bottle for this quality from Champagne. Think of this wine as California Cristal. The only problem is that it will sell out in one day, so if you want NYE to pop like a King (or a Krug), you need to step up right now.
