Otherworldly

Ready for a Deerfield wine unlike anything you’ve ever tasted?

Agent Red was able to talk our friends out of their last remaining cases of today’s outstanding 2003 Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and believe us when we say that this wine is too good to pass up! Just be sure to decant this gem for the best drinking experience.

Full of ripe, dark berries and hints of smoky terroir, today’s wine also showcases a strong current of soft herbal flavors that really take the flavor profile to another level entirely.

Act fast, dear Operative, as this one WILL SELL OUT

Tasting Profile

Look:

A deep, dark cherry red, bordering on garnet.

Smell:

A truly beautiful nose, with a perfect herbal compliment to the fruit and earth. Ripe dark berries are laid against sandalwood, hints of a smoky log fire, tobacco leaf, and fresh Provençal herbs.

Taste:

This is one delectable and stunning wine, featuring savory herbal notes joined by notes of deep dark berries, smoked mesquite wood, espresso bean, dark chocolate, and a touch of honeycomb.

Finish:

Be sure to decant this well-aged beauty. Well balanced, today’s soft and supple wine has aged to perfection. You won’t want your first sip to end!

Pairing:

Lamb chops, spiced with fresh rosemary, garlic, and olive oil, then finished on a charcoal grill and served with a fresh yogurt sauce.
