Tasting Profile
Look: | Purple ink. Opaque. |
---|---|
Smell: | Chocolate covered blueberries! Black fruits, potpourri, cocoa dust. |
Taste: | A dense, black fruit attack coats the palate with plush fruit taste and baking spices. Hard not to like this one, immensely! Attractive, fleshy, rich, hedonistic taste profile that toes the line between balance and brawn. It does so perfectly. Love it. |
Finish: | Smooth, supple, and polished. The Petite Sirah provides solid tannins that will allow this to age easily 6-8 years. |
Pairing: | Braised meats. BBQ. A perfect cheeseburger! |
