This wine is a very elegant, very enjoyable treat that will delight Merlot lovers and Cabernet Sauvignon lovers alike. Loaded with dark fruit, earthy goodness, tobacco and subtle spice. It is soft on the palate and perfectly suited for a nice rare steak.

Look:

Pretty magenta with an opaque heart and ruby edges.

Smell:

Vibrant and lush with bright plum and Bing cherry out front. Inhale more deeply and enjoy aromas of violets, dark baking spice, plum and smoky braised fig.

Taste:

Elegant and soft, with subtle flavors of black cherry, plum, black cherry and blackberry compote, toasty oak and grilled fig.

Finish:

Long and elegant with fruit giving way gradually to more savory flavors of dark chocolate, dark herbs and grilled fig.

Pairing:
