As great as this wine is, today, we recommend that you lay down a few bottles to enjoy over the next few years. If you’ve been shopping with us since 2007, hopefully you have a few bottles of previous vintages of this wine. It is always great fun to compare vintages.

This wine is young, but it is ready to drink. Enjoy it on its own, if you dare, or pair it with your more robust and complex food dishes. Try something spicy or darkly rich. A big bowl of spicy steak chili would be an excellent pairing for this beautiful beast of a wine.
