This fantastic sparkling Brut from New Zealand was made in the traditional methode champenoise from 100% New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Today’s Brancott Estate Brut Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious, delightful, fun to drink bubbly that will impress Dads and Grads alike.

Tasting Profile
Look: | Rich golden hues. Energetic effervescence with a constant upward upward cascade of tiny bubbles. |

Smell: | Tropical notes of pineapple and guava meld with Meyer lemon, citrus peel and a hint of flinty mineral. |
Taste: | On the palate, flavors closely mimic the nose, but with added flavors of lime flower and a hint of jasmine. |
Finish: | Silky and long and bright, with pineapple and citrus lingering the longest. |
