Rich golden hues. Energetic effervescence with a constant upward upward cascade of tiny bubbles.
Tropical notes of pineapple and guava meld with Meyer lemon, citrus peel and a hint of flinty mineral.
On the palate, flavors closely mimic the nose, but with added flavors of lime flower and a hint of jasmine.
Silky and long and bright, with pineapple and citrus lingering the longest.
Enjoy this sparkler with a wide variety of pairings. A family turkey dinner, an elegant evening of fine dining or with fancy fruits and cheeses.
