Mission Briefing
BAM!
When we first learned about winemaker Petar Kirlov it was by virtue of his winemaking talents at Meadowcroft Winery, one of the most popular of the smaller wineries that we showcase. Petar’s work there yielded some of the most interesting and most delicious wines of their kind. When we found out that Petar had his own small label, Kukeri, we jumped at the chance to sample.
Today’s Kukeri Wines 2012 Russian River Valley Zinfandel is a big, bold and juicy wine that is smooth and delicious from beginning to end. We grabbed up every last case that we could but at today’s price, the wine won’t last the day.
Cheers!
