Very fragrant, with ripe yellow peach, nectarine, orange rind, caramelized sugar, Asian pear, dried yellow rose petals, slate and a hint of sweet oak. On the palate you are greeted with expansive flavors of Yellow peach, nectarine, mixed citrus, honeysuckle, toasty vanilla, oak, slate minerals and a hint of white pepper at the end.
