Mission Briefing

Today’s offering from Maroon Wines is a bright and bold wine with plenty of character. This delicious Maroon Wines 2012 Napa Valley Reserve Chardonnay is very full on the nose. On the palate, the wine leads with bright fruit on entry, where it bursts with fresh citrus fruit, white flowers and a hint of vanilla. At the end, it finishes with toasty oak and a zesty hint of spice.
This bright, complex and delicious Chardonnay is an ideal companion for many a meal. Serve it as a first course wine, with cheeses and fruits, or as a main course palate enhancer. Serve with an array of main course meals, including herb roasted fowl, glazed ham or even a lean filet.
Enjoy right out of the chiller, but see how the wine comes alive as it warms even slightly in the glass.
