Hurry, dear Operative! Today’s Mario Bazan Cellars 2008 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon will not last the day. The winery was gracious enough to allow us to purchase every last case that they had, but their wines are very popular around here and we anticipate an early sell out.

Today’s wine has been lovingly stored and with 7 years of aging, it is a ready to drink delight that is still reaching its peak.

This is a very fragrant wine, with loads of dark fruit, earthen notes and spice on the nose. On the palate, the wine is dark and bold and loaded with juicy black fruit, tobacco leaf, chocolate and balanced, earthy spice.
