Mission Codename A Green Xmas
In advance of the coming winter holidays, we’ve secured a very special white wine that is perfect for your festive gatherings with family, friends or co-workers. We’ll be serving today’s wine at our annual Wine Spies Holiday party. Want to join us?
Today’s Cameron Green 2013 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc came into existence under the care and skill of winemaker Jim McMahon. Jim cut his winemaking teeth at Belle Glos, Meiomi, Luna Vineyards, William Harrison Vineyards & Winery, Athair - and others. His career, like his wines, are impressive. Today’s wine is downright delicious. If you’ve ever tasted Jim’s wines, you know that today’s wine will also thrill you and your fellow holiday revelers.
Today’s wine is lovely and fresh on the nose, with aromas of Pomello, pineapple, lemon, lime leaf, apricot, dried straw, white tea, white peach and subtle white spice.
On the palate, the wine is elegant and velvet smooth, with flavors of pineapple, lychee, white peach, grapefruit, dried apricot, lime flower, subtle spice and a hint of sweetwood.
Serve this fresh, festive, silky-smooth wine with a wide range of foods, including appetizers, fish, chicken or pork dishes.
