Celebrate in style, with today’s ultra luxurious, ultra delicious, Marilyn Wines 2012 Marilyn Meritage. Today’s Meritage is a delectable blend of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petite Verdot - with Merlot from Andy Beckstoffer’s fabled Missouri Hopper Vineyard, all in the Oakville Appellation.
Aromas are deep and rich, with Bold black cherry, blackberry preserve, cassis, spice box, cedar, dusty bramble, subtle dried meats, smoky plum and a hint of cracked pepper.
A silky smooth entry ushers in flavors of blackberry, dark mixed-berry preserve, cassis, braised plum, braised fig, graphite, dried herbs, dusty bramble, spice box and subtle white pepper.
