Parker's Finest
Prepare to be blown away.
Today’s Parker Wine 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is the best we’ve tasted from this Wine Spies favorite winery. This wine has great fruit and solid tannins, all backed up by a balanced and very food-friendly acidity.
On the nose, this wine is incredibly fragrant. Bold aromas of Black cherry, blackberry, spiced oak, blueberry, and cassis jump out of the glass - before you even lift the glass to your nose. After the wine opens up, it also reveals aromas of leather, sweet tobacco, pencil box, bramble and a hint of cracked pepper.
Bold, lush flavors cascade across the palate, with dark cherry, blackberry, and blueberry out in front. Secondary flavors of cassis, cigar box, cedar, baker’s chocolate and baking spice really round out the palate.
With today’s fantastic offering, John Parker proves, once again, that his wines are world class. Please act quickly, as today’s wine is certain to sell out before the end of the day.
Cheers!
