We’ve been featuring the wines of von Strasser for nearly 8 years now and in that time we’ve always been impressed with the fantastic, consistent quality of their wines. Today’s Diamond Mountain District Cabernet is no exception; this wine is really delightful.

This von Strasser Cab is very aromatic, with bold and alluring aromas of Cassis, blackberry, sweet cherry, violet, dark chocolate, cedar, and graphite, with subtle anise and black pepper.

On the palate, this wine delivers delicious flavors of crême de cassis, blackberry, mocha, dried violet, Bing cherry, toasty cedar, anise, graphite and subtle black pepper.
